Babysitting Jameson

I babysat Jameson for a couple hours this afternoon. The boys had fun riding in the wagon, playing in a dry, water table and sharing a snack.

The boys enjoyed being pulled by our sweet, neighbor girls.

In between their toddler tantrums of not sharing… this one depicts how much fun they can have together!

Snacks are a must!

Jameson is terrified of Woody! Hudson doesn't realize this yet but is trying to show him and Jameson is not having any of it. HAHA!

Memorial Day

We woke up Monday, packed our bags and hit the road… an hour and 40 minutes later we were in Cannon Beach.  The weather was surprisingly warm… it did cool off and was windy every time a cloud covered the sun.  Digging in the sand, walking through the cold ocean, eating, playing at a park, eating some more… we did it all.

He wasn't fazed by the cold water, he actually didn't want to leave.

He was entertained by his "do" (two) diggers while waiting for our lunch.

My sweet boy and I.

Finished our beach trip with a stop at the park…slides, swings and climbing the structure made him a happy boy. It was fun for Matt to be there and experience the park with Hudson.

We stopped by Matt's parents house on our way home… Hudson had a great time helping Bapa water the plants and lounging on his new chaise.

How cute are these chairs and the little man sitting in them?!

BBQ with friends

Saturday afternoon I was texting with my friend, McKenzie… our afternoon chat led to a fun evening together with our little families!

Hudson was very interested in Billy, as always. He would point and say "baby", bring him toys and touch his nose, mouth and ears. When I put him to bed that night, he kept saying "baby, baby". He wanted to see his friend. :)

Matt had a little baby fix. :)

Ride em' cowboy

Hudson was in riding heaven on this new toy at Grandma Susie's house. He sure knew how to whip back and fourth on this rocking horse from the 60's!

 A cute little video!

Happy 6-0 Peggy!

Yesterday, Hudson and I celebrated Peggy's 60th birthday! She's like a second mom and lives across the street from my parents. She and her husband are great cooks and always throw the best parties and get togethers!

Her surprise party was held where Matt and I got married almost 5 years ago… it was like walking down memory lane!

This view never gets old…Hillsboro Oregon.

Hudson got ahold of the mic and preceded to say "Bapa" a few times. :)

He was then serenaded by Lily with a song from Frozen… she stole the show with her sweetness!

He had his fair share of Lemonade, being cute sure gets you what you want.

He loved playing fetch with Tiny.

Bapa and Grandma with Huddy... I love them!

Zoo + Grandma and Bapa's house

We spent Wednesday morning at the zoo… this trip ended up being extra special for Hudson. Ever since Dozer Day, he has been obsessed with bulldozers, especially diggers (his excitement is pure joy when he spots one). With the Elephant habit under major construction, two diggers were hard at work waiting for my little man to squeal with excitement at first sight! I had to pry a very, upset little boy away, even though he would have watched them work for hours.

Hudson and Lincoln watching the Diggers… Hudson says "DEEEE" while making a clawing motion with his pointer finger. It's adorable!

The Lion family being cute as always

Hudson had his first otter-pop… he loved it!

Matt had a work event, so Hudson and I spent the evening at my parent's house.

Playing peek a boo in the playhouse

The little boys ended up naked and were being absolutely, hilarious! Hudson added to the fun and craziness by pooping in the playhouse… oops!
