Happy Birthday Nora!

Hudson and I helped Nora celebrate her WinterONEderland! She is so dainty and cute… Hudson loves her!

A few pictures from my phone.

 Yummy treats!

Testing out her new birthday chair

Happy Birthday sweet girl!

Hudson was all about helping her open gifts :)

Where's "Elf"?

Each morning Hudson looked high and low for his Elf… one day he was given a gift to open. Hudson was very excited about that.

"Hi Elf"

One morning Hudson wanted to give Elf a bowl of O's… it was pretty cute!

Opening his present from Elf and Santa.. he loved the Rudolph wrapping paper (Thank you PB Kids)

Alpenrose Storybook Lane

A few weeks back we went to Storybook Lane at Alpenrose Dairy. I remember going as a kid but haven't been back in years. Hudson and his cousins had so much fun wandering the little town and seeing all the lights and animals in storybook lane. I think the highlight for Hudson was the train room.

Watching a bit of The Polar Express in the Alpenrose Opra House

Dig pit

We met friends at the Children's Museum a couple weeks ago. The new and improved dig pit was open and Hudson could have spent the entire time in there. Digging, dumping and sweeping over and over again. :)

Dig, dig, dig

Better safe than sorry

"Weeping" (sweeping)

While eating his snack, Hudson turned to me and said, "Hudson H" Smart boy!

Cookie decorating

While the boys are away, the girls and little boys will play. One night Hannah, Shannon and the kids met at my parents house for dinner and cookie decorating.

Hudson's thick and crunchy cookie!

The cookie making crew… my mom is taking the pic.

Hudson and the xmas tree...

He loved to be in charge of watering. Each evening, he helped Matt get under the tree to top off the tree with water. It was pretty cute and he took his job very serious.

Holiday dinner party

Matt and I hosted a small dinner party on December 13th. The sweet surprise of the night was Jenna and Austin coming by later that night, after the wedding they were at.

We had so much fun talking and catching up, I forgot to take pictures. Matt did make an amazing spread of beef tenderloin, broccolini, mashed potatoes and an apple tart with maple whip cream.

Heres a pic of the table scape… I made the little berry wreaths.

Stoltman's Christmas Party

Friday, December 12th, Matt and I had a great time at our family friends for a holiday party. Debbie decorates for Christmas around Halloween and goes ALL OUT! Her house always looks amazing and they throw a fun and memorable annual Christmas party.

The ladies!

This pic was taken with Amanda's selfie stick… we had fun with that!

Friends in town!

Our friends who we visited in Charleston back in October were in town for a bit mid December. It was great to see and hang out with them again… I miss both so much!

Natalie and Mike hosted a small get together while they were here. Sadly I didn't take any pics on my camera but did get a few of my phone.

Hudson wearing Jenna's boots :)

Love these ladies so much!

Jenna and Austin brought Hudson a "scissor"(lizard)… it didn't' leave his side for days. He continues to say "Nenna, Ausin" when he sees it. :)

Hudson and Jaclyn

I have some blogging catch up to do from the middle of December. :)

December 11th, Jaclyn and her mom Mindy came up for a playmate. I didn't take many pictures but did capture the littles, shirtless lunch. ;)

Dexter is 2!

Hudson's buddy Dexter turned two and we celebrated his birthday on December 6th. Toy Story was the theme and his mom went all out with decorations and food… it was the cutest!

He found the train table quickly. :)
